This collection features 100 poems that are so short the reader just won't be able to forget them. They feature work by acclaimed modern poets such as Charles Causley, Brian Patten, and Benjamin Zephaniah. The poems are in various forms, and include sonnets, haikus, tankas, and couplets.
Paul Cookson spends most of his time visiting schools, performing his poetry and helping children to write their own poems. He is also a freelance illustrator specialising in cartoons. He lives in Retford, Notts. Paul has compiled several books for Macmillan including Let's Twist Again, Who Rules the School?, Unzip Your Lips, The Works and Teachers' Pets. He is one of the poets showcased in the third Sandwich Poets book - Elephant Dreams.
