Rollig, Stella - Christiane Erharter - Vendomeprojects.art (Hrsg./Ed.) : Robert Gabris - This Space Is Too Small For Our Bodies
- description
- additional information
Language: German & English.
Robert Gabris’s drawings, installations, and performance pieces fascinate us with their manifold layers and ambiguities. They fill the voids of institutional omissions, engaging directly with mechanisms of exclusion within the art world. A key aspect of Gabris’s work is his exploration of the human body—its states of being, its boundaries, and its forms in relation to queerness and intersecting marginalizations. Robert Gabris was awarded the 2022 Belvedere Art Award, which, in addition to prize money, includes a solo exhibition and champions an inclusive, queer-feminist, future-focused, and diversity-oriented approach.
This artist book with texts by Christiane Erharter, Robert Gabris, Christian Kravagna, Stella Rollig, Felicitas Thun-Hohenstein and Denisa Tomková is his first publication.
