Szőke, Annamária (Ed.) : Miklós Erdély
- description
- additional information
Miklós Erdély (4 July 1928, Budapest - 22 May 1986, Budapest) was an artist, architect, writer, poet and filmmaker. He was an important figure in the neo-avant-garde and conceptual art in Hungary. From the early 1970s he was concerned with the question of the original and the copy, or more generally with the question of pictorial representation, and many of the works that he created in the spirit of the “new concept of art” are tied to these “traditional” questions.
