Ismeretlen kiadás, [cca. 1952.]. Oklevél: 25,5 x 20 cm, teljes méret: 42,5 x 30,5 cm. Előnyomott, lezárt, puha papír paszpartuban, felülcimkézve.
A paszpartu néhol halványan foltos, kissé hullámos, az oklevél jó állapotban.
(Egy korábban más célra szánt oklevelet átfestettek, a szövegét kitakarták egy kézzel írt papírcsíkkal.)
