A fényképészmester "…Szabó Dezsőről ezt az egyetlen fotóját lesből készítette egy könyvnapon, hóna alá rejtett géppel, félig háttal az írónak. Nagyjából húszezer darabot adtak el ezekből a képekből az idők folyamán, levelezőlap méretben, alul aláírva".
